We are thrilled to announce that CAPA Dance is back! We’re excited to welcome both returning dancers and new faces to join us for another fantastic year of creativity and movement.
CAPA stands for Creative Arts Primary Academy, a unique opportunity where students from our feeder primary schools are invited to attend weekly dance lessons at Penryn College.
CAPA Dance has been running for nearly 10 years, and over that time, we’ve seen many talented dancers grow from Year 3 all the way to professional training at dance schools in London. It’s a wonderful way for young people to experience life at Penryn College before considering joining us in Year 7. It also gives them the chance to meet other children who share a passion for dance, potentially their future classmates, and to work with our inspiring dance teachers from CDS.

Year 3 & 4: 3:45 – 4:30 PM
Year 5 & 6: 4:45 – 5:30 PM
Cost:
CAPA Dance will be charged at £60 per term (12 weeks), which works out at just £5 per session. This contribution helps to cover the cost of high-quality delivery, including professional tuition, resources, and administration. We believe this represents excellent value for the enriching and engaging experience students receive each week. As this first term is only 7 weeks, the cost is £35.
