The sessions will be for all Penryn College students including those joining us in September. The session will be a strength and conditioning session to improve fitness. Come along and enjoy keeping fit and making new friends, whilst getting ready for the new season.
Please report to the main reception at Penryn College where the coaches will register the students.
Students will need to bring trainers and water bottle.
