BMX Session @ Cornwall BMX Track (ages 8+)

2pm-4pm – drop off/pick up @ Cornwall BMX Track
Working in conjunction with Cornwall BMX, we are pleased to be able to offer the chance to learn or improve your BMX riding skills. Cornwall BMX instructors are qualified by British Cycling.
The session will follow a structured plan that will see all participants learn the basics of bike handling to prepare them for racing on the track. All equipment will be provided, but participants will need to wear long sleeved top and trousers with shoes to be active. Participants should bring plenty of fluids and snacks.
Participants will need to be dropped off at the Cornwall BMX at 2pm and be collected at 4pm. Cornwall BMX will staff the session with their DBS checked staff.
